Their practice, the largest independent private dispenser in Connecticut, was the genesis of many new and innovative ideas, applied throughout the United States and Canada. All the programs that we developed were designed to make the process of using new hearing aids more comfortable and provide the maximum hearing benefit.
Some of our innovative ideas that have become commonplace, since our introduction of these concepts:

- HELP, Hearing Education Learning Programs, classes for new users to interact within a group and maximize the benefits of amplification.
Sharing successful ideas is a great honor. Eileen and Jack have spoken at many local venues and have presented at national conferences. Also in the process is a patent application for a totally new invention. The new design will provide a greater level of comfort and usability for the new models of open-fit hearing aids.
