Ears of Distinction Service Agreement Terms

This is not a formal commitment!
This is an agreement between two parties to fulfill a promise: Ears of Distinction will provide the best solution to your hearing loss. If you are happy with the product and service, you will pay the yearly fee. If not, you will return the aids.
The documents that must be signed are to insure there are no misunderstandings, and to adhere to state laws and regulations.
We have a three-tier price policy. No matter what style you choose to wear, you are paying for the technology of the product.

Ultimate Digital $7,000 per pair $2,000
Open fit Digital $6,000 per pair 1,750
Basic Digital $5,000 per pair 1,500
- All agreements have an initial sixty day trial period.
- Every 42 months, new aids will be provided without incurring any additional fees.
- Your individualized program calls for a minimum of 3 scheduled visits per year to maintain the aid in optimal working condition, and to make adjustments as needed
- Three (3) additional visits a year can be arranged to respond to any unexpected problems or concerns
